Q. Who is Angler Supply?
From our humble beginnings
in 1997 as an information site (USAngler.com) for our local fishing
club, Angler Supply has grown into a renowned supplier of specialty
fishing gear and supplies. We are a multi-faceted company and currently
operate over twenty (20) websites serving the outdoor industry (SoftBaits.com,
HardBaits.com, USAngler.com, TackleReviews.com, to name a few). We started
the company to serve people with the same interest as our own... Fishing!
We know what we want from a company and we try to meet our own high
expectations, because we believe that YOU, OUR CUSTOMER, deserve the
very best. We serve the needs of fishermen by direct sales via the Internet
and we do it well, by offering an incredible selection, as well as 24-hour
shipping. Nobody does it better than Angler Supply.
Q. Why buy at Angler Supply?
Most orders are shipped via
Carrier (i.e. UPS, FEDEX, DHL) within 24 business hours of ordering
your merchandise. The shipping rates are determined by the carrier and
depend on package weight, your location and how quickly you would like
the shipment to be delivered. The actual price to ship your merchandise
is displayed during the checkout process, with the exception of oversized,
heavy and bulky items.
All standard ground packages
are shipped via standard Carrier or USPS, at the discretion of Angler
Supply. Standard delivery is 1-5 business days from the time of shipment,
depending on the destination (within the contiguous U.S.A.).
Q. What about oversized,
extra-heavy, or bulky items?
UPS charges additional fees
for oversized, extra-heavy, or bulky (oddly shaped) packaging. Items
such as trolling motors, anchors, etc. will have additional charges
- this fee is merely passed along to the customer. We keep our prices
very low and do not build the shipping cost into the overall price of
the item, as many of our competitors do. Additionally, bear in mind,
when comparing prices, that, since we do not have a retail store in
every state, as most of the big boys do, we do not charge tax.
After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm the additional
charge.
Q. Do you provide international
shipping?
Yes, to most regions Internationally.
The shipping charge does not include any customs fees or duties you
must pay upon the shipment's arrival. They are dependent on your country's
customs rates and policies, which you must check locally. Please contact
us directly to process International orders.
Q. Do you have a printed
catalog?
We go one step better. We
do not need a printed catalog as ALL merchandise is displayed online
at AnglerSupply.com. We are adding product to the website on a daily
basis to increase the selection of products that are available to you.
We have access to a much broader selection than is currently on display,
so if you can't find what you are looking for, please let us know. We
will be happy to see if we can get it for you.
Q. Do you give away free
lures and supplies for trial or any other purpose?
Yes! Occasionally we provide
merchandise for special events that are beneficial to the community
(i.e. Toys for Tots). We monitor OutdoorSponsor.com when evaluating
our participation as a sponsor of these types of events.
Q. Do you offer sponsorships to weekend, regional, semi-pro, or professional
anglers who compete in tournaments?
Yes! We review the website

situation.
