Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied
with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item,
you may return the item (electronics excluded) within 30 days from the
ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement,
items must be returned in resalable condition (our discretion) in their
original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Contact us to
receive a return material authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

To obtain the RMA number,
please provide us with the order number and reason for the return by
using our contact form.
Returns must include the original invoice or packing slip with the RMA
number.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization
(RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed
for refund or exchange.
Once you receive a return authorization you may return unused items,
in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals,
etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns
may be charged a 15% restock fee.
Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective
merchandise shipped within the United States (as determined by us).
Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit.
Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for
tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage
of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance
from your shipper.
Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any
promotions, free shipping or rebates that may be associated with it.

Shipping Policy:
We pride ourselves in doing
our absolute best to ship your merchandise within 24 business hours.
Occasionally there is a delay, due to an incorrect address entered by
the customer during the checkout process. In this rare occurrence, if
the carrier is still able to deliver the package, the carrier charges
an address correction fee for re-processing, which we pass along to
the customer (i.e. UPS-$7.00).
If the package can not be
delivered, UPS charges a second shipping charge, which we must pass
along to the customer.
Any free shipping offer made
by Fish Click does not include shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada,
or any other International address and does not include heavy, bulky
or oversized items.
International customers are
responsible for any customs fees or duties to be paid upon shipment's
arrival in said country. Such fees are dependent upon and subject to
the receiving country's particular policies and are the responsibility
of the customer. Please contact us directly to process international
orders.
